Lakeshore Home Inspections performed a detailed and professional home inspection, water quality inspection, and Radon inspection for us on a property we are purchasing.

We were highly appreciative of Joerg's communication style and knowledge. He did a wonderful job answering our questions and explaining to us the home's systems and maintenance. He was thorough and detail-oriented in his investigation and testing work.

Joerg was professional and punctual. He is very thorough and takes his time in all areas inside and out of the home. He explains his findings both during and after the inspection. I received the report fairly quickly which was easy to read and understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. :)
