Joreg was suggested to us and we certainly owe those that recommend him a HUGE thank you. Joreg was very professional and proficient! The property we’re buying had a problem with the well that he caught. He came back a 2nd time and caught it still hadn’t been fixed so had to come out a 3rd time for a water sample. If we had a different inspector I’m not confident they would have found it. I, so grateful to him, he potentially could have saved us thousands. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. He explains things to you along the way. I’ll recommend him over and over!! Thank you so much for your superior service!!

Jorge was hard at work, on time, respectful of the owners property and very thorough. His attention to detail, in my particular case, saved me 10X’s the amount he charged me, in discovering discrepencies in the buyers disclosure statement and the actual realities at the residence. He is of good character, professional and knowledgable in his area of expertise. I would definitely recommend that you consider Lakeshore Home Inspections when buying a home.

Joerg is an excellent inspector! He went over our home with a fine eye and gave us a very detailed report. Since we were buying a home that was "for sale by owner" this meant we knew clearly what we needed to address when we take possession.
