Joerg did a thorough inspection of a property we are considering buying. He uncovered items that need addressing that we would not have realized. He also offered suggestions and advice regarding care and upkeep that was very informative. The delivery of the report was VERY prompt, and the format VERY easy to read and understand. (The photos really help!) Thank you, Jeorg, for helping us with this big decision. Having purchased numerous properties over the years, we feel this is the best inspection experience we have ever had. We will be referring!

Joerg was amazing. I am detail oriented and it is not easy to impress me. Not only was he as detail oriented as I wanted, he is extremely knowledgeable and smart. Would not hesitate to use him for ANY aspect of home consultation. He will tell you when something is outside of his expertise. Wish I had found him years ago.

It was indeed a pleasure to have Joerg do my inspection. I knew nothing about him or his company until I asked my realtor if she could recommend someone, and she called Joerg and made the appointment for me. He is very knowledgeable, very competent, and knows what he is looking for. He is very easy to talk to and will gladly answer any and all questions. His explanations are very good. He is a fine inspector, and I would very highly recommend him to anyone.

Our home inspection did not go as planned and we were very discouraged with the repairs that would need to be done on the home. However Joerg was very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt a little better about what repairs we could do our-self or ones we would have to have a contractor do.

I can not express in words how much having Joerg part of purchasing my first home was truly a blessing. Joerg did such a professional job on the inspection and the report. If it was not for him I would have probably bought this home without the proper wiring, plumbing, proper installation of a retaining wall and so many other things that I would not have even known to look for.
