We reviewed a number of inspectors in this area and Lake Shore was higher in price than the others. Instinct told us that they seemed more thorough than others so we used them. I must tell you after our inspection, it was worth every penny! Jorg was a very competent inspector and uncovered many things unknown to both relators but hidden by the owner. There was electrical issues and a water/mold problem that could potentially be a huge problem. We were armed with information and able to discern the cost to rectify it. It allowed us to go back to the seller to negotiate. Thank you so much for seeing what everyone else did not!

My husband and I are general contractors from Tn. We build residential homes. We used Lakeshore Home Inspections on an existing home we purchased in LaPorte sight unseen! Joerg was detailed, knowledgeable and very professional. We see many Home Inspectors and their reports on our homes we build. Some of them do not know what they are doing. Lakeshore does. Also, the format they use is very easy to read and understand compared to others.
